Common questions

FAQ

Common questions about SKUcue inventory scans, tasks, billing, and data access.

Does SKUcue edit my products?

No. SKUcue reads product, inventory, location, and recent order data to create tasks. It does not edit products or inventory quantities.

Why are there no tasks?

SKUcue needs tracked inventory. If a store has no products, no tracked variants, no stock, or no recent order activity, the task inbox can be empty after a scan.

How often should I scan?

Small stores can start with a weekly scan. Paid plans are designed for daily checks and CSV export when inventory review becomes a regular workflow.

Can I export tasks?

Yes. CSV export is available on paid plans and is intended for spreadsheet review, buying workflows, or sharing tasks with an operator.

What happens after uninstall?

SKUcue removes the stored access token and marks billing inactive. Privacy webhooks are accepted for shop data deletion requests.

Review plans before launch

SKUcue is waiting for app listing approval. Install will open from the official listing after approval.
